Job description:
Our ophthalmology practice is seeking a full-time Medical Scribe to support our physicians during patient visits and help deliver outstanding patient experience.
We are looking for individuals who are interested in healthcare, eager to learn, and passionate about patient care. Previous medical scribing experience is welcome, but we are also open to motivated candidates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the medical field and becoming part of a collaborative, patient-focused team.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting physicians during patient examinations and accurately documenting visits in real time.
- Accompanying physicians throughout clinic appointments.
- Maintaining and updating patient medical records under physician supervision.
- Helping physicians complete and finalize charts by the end of the day.
- Supporting office workflow to help ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Working closely with a professional and team-oriented medical staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Creole, Spanish, or Portuguese speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Interest in healthcare and patient care.
- Prior scribing or medical office experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate willing to learn.
