We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Area Supervisor to lead multiple Taco Bell locations within our region. This energetic leader will drive operational excellence, foster team development, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all assigned outlets. As an integral part of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, implement strategic initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall business performance.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and operational sustainability.
- Foster a positive team environment by recruiting, training, coaching, and developing restaurant managers and staff to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and corporate support to implement initiatives that drive growth and operational improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) through data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and brand standards across all locations.
Skills
- Proven management experience with a focus on multi-unit operations in the food service or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and develop future leaders at the executive level.
- Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Expertise in project management, strategic planning, and business management to execute complex initiatives effectively.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and executive-level budget management.
- Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making that aligns with organizational goals.
- Skilled in negotiation, business development, process improvement, and operational management to optimize performance.
- Demonstrated success in team development, leadership training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
