Restore Plumbing & Drain is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Drain & Sewer Technician / Excavation Specialist to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose residential and commercial drain and sewer problems
- Perform drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, and sewer locating
- Operate mini excavators and other excavation equipment
- Complete sewer and water service repairs and replacements
- Lead excavation projects safely and efficiently
- Mentor and train apprentice and junior technicians
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair options
- Maintain a clean, organized truck, equipment, and jobsite
- Work closely with management to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Experience with drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics
- Experience operating mini excavators or similar equipment
- Experience performing sewer replacements and excavations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Hydro jetting experience
- Sewer camera inspections
- Pipe bursting or trenchless sewer replacement
- Water service installation
- Illinois plumbing license
- CDL
Compensation & Benefits
$42–58/hour based on experience, plus uncapped performance bonuses. Top performers earn over $120,000 annually.
