Join Our Team as a Paraprofessional / Teacher’s Assistant!
Locations: Avon, Hebron, Canton, and Farmington
Experience:
No prior experience required. Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Shift:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- No summer shutdown
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Special Education Teachers in the classroom
- Assist with lesson preparation and instruction
- Provide direct, hands-on support to students
- Reinforce classroom and school rules to promote positive behavior
- Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce lessons
- Assist with behavior management and track student progress
- Prepare classroom materials as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children or the elderly is a plus
