About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, goal-driven Sales Consultants to join our growing outside sales team. This is a field-based position that involves regular travel throughout an assigned territory in the Staten Island, NY area. The role includes mandatory in-person team meeting held in Fair Lawn, NJ to foster collaboration and professional development.
As a Sales Consultant at DePasquale Salon Systems, you will be fully trained to represent our portfolio of premium salon brands and services. You will be responsible for managing and growing a profitable territory, forging strong relationships with salon professionals, and becoming a trusted partner in their success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively prospecting for new business
- Present and sell a range of salon-exclusive hair and beauty products
- Introduce promotional programs, education opportunities, and brand initiatives
- Maintain a consistent field presence with weekly salon visits in your territory
- Attend in-person sales meetings in our Fair Lawn, NJ office
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Utilize company-provided tools (CRM, training, support) to maximize productivity

- Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for sales and beauty
- Ability to work independently, stay driven, and manage your time to meet targets without constant supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze client needs and offer effective, tailored solutions
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Laptop, iPad or tablet with email access and Microsoft Office
- Basic Computer Skills

Pay Range:
$40,000 - $60,000 per year with additional earning opportunity
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Occasional weekends as needed for events or salon opportunities
