Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections
Conduct weekly walk-throughs of high-risk areas
Complete Life Safety and Preventative Maintenance tasks per regulations
Maintain detailed logs and documentation for compliance
Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Prioritize and complete work orders via electronic tracking system
Maintain supplies and prepare resident rooms for new/discharging occupants
Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and infrastructure
Assist with emergency maintenance as needed
High school diploma required
HVAC certification or electrical experience preferred
Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in long-term care preferred
Knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry procedures a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team
