Receptionist/Customer Service
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Receptionist/Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person. You'll be a key point of contact, so strong communication and a friendly, helpful demeanor are essential.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administrative
- General administrative support and data entry across vendor portals
- Enter, update account information in internal systems and vendor portals
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Sort, file, and scan documents
- Handle incoming calls, email, and general inquiries
- Assist with interviews and scheduling meetings
Customer Support & Order Management
- Assist customers who need help with their orders
- Monitor and process orders
What we're looking for:
- A genuinely good customer service attitude over the phone and with people in person
- Professional, courteous, and patient communication style
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes accurately
- Willingness to learn Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable learning new systems and software
- Dependable and a team player

Pay $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
