About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, experienced individuals who are able to create a pleasant and memorable guest experience, while delivering quality food and beverage offerings and a high level of service.
We are currently seeking candidates for permanent, part-time and full-time positions.
Requirements include:
➢ Prior experience serving at a high-volume facility.
➢ Current TIPS certification.
➢ Flexibility; working varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
➢ Commitment to customer satisfaction, with a positive and guest-focused attitude.
➢ Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
➢ Extensive Food and Beverage(F&B)knowledge, with focus on wine and spirits offered at the facility
Responsibilities include:
➢ Greeting and interacting with guests in a pleasant and professional manner,
➢ Entering orders in Point of Sale (POS)software.
➢ Following steps of service, with focus on guest experience.
➢ Making food and beverage recommendations, including wine pairings and specials.
➢ Upselling and promoting products.
