Job Overview
Escapology Escape Rooms in the Fort Worth Stockyards is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated team member to help grow awareness and drive traffic to our venue.
This is a highly interactive outdoor role focused on driving foot traffic, promoting events, building local partnerships, and representing Escapology throughout the Fort Worth Stockyards.
The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, attending events, networking with local businesses, and creating exciting guest experiences. If you are comfortable approaching people, working in a fast-paced tourism environment, and helping grow a fun entertainment brand, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Incentives
- $12-15/hour base plus commissions

What You’ll Do - Community & Street Marketing
- Engage with tourists and local guests throughout the Stockyards
- Hand out promotional materials and explain Escapology experiences
- Encourage walk-in traffic and same-day bookings
- Represent the Escapology brand in a professional, energetic, and enthusiastic manner
- Help create excitement and awareness around the venue
Marketing & Promotional Support
- Help execute local marketing campaigns and promotions
- Gather guest feedback and community insights
- Assist management with grassroots marketing ideas
- Support social media and promotional content opportunities when applicable
