- Service Cloud (case management, customer service)
- Data model & integrations
- APIs & middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
- Workflows, flows, and automation
- Product Ownership & Agile Skills
- Backlog management & prioritization
- Writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience with SAFe / Agile frameworks
- Ability to balance business value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
Salary Range: $180,000- $200,000 a year
