Occupational Therapist – Minimal Hours/Flexible Schedule
This position is ideal for an OT who already works full-time and is looking for meaningful supplemental income with exceptional flexibility and minimal scheduling disruption.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving children and young adults with autism. Our work is relationship-based, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each student’s strengths.
We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a very part-time consultative role. Most responsibilities can be completed remotely through Zoom meetings, electronic documentation, and collaboration with staff. Estimated commitment is approximately 8 hours per month, with flexibility in scheduling.
About the Role
This role focuses primarily on oversight, collaboration, and consultation rather than direct daily therapy services.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and reviewing individualized IEP and ETR goals
- Attending IEP meetings virtually when needed
- Collaborating with our COTAs in a supportive team model
- Reviewing quarterly progress reporting
- Providing supervision to COTAs in accordance with Ohio licensure requirements
- Conducting evaluations as needed
- Offering clinical insight and guidance related to student participation, sensory needs, and functional independence

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Ohio OTR/L license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with autism preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
