Job Overview:
Our Veterinary Technicians will be able to demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge that are essential in the role. These skills include strong client and teammate communication skills, client education, restraint for large and small animals, general cleaning and housekeeping, phlebotomy, iv catheter placement, record documentation, etc. Candidates should demonstrate a strong drive and ability to work both independently and with a team when necessary. Experience preferred but we can train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate:
- has excellent communication & customer service skills
- outgoing and personable
- works well on a team
- has minimum of 1 year in veterinary experience
- is able to Mon-Fri with occasional weekends
- be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
