We’re Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor

Horizon America Staffing is hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, inventory, and staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and schedule warehouse staff
- Manage inventory, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
- Coordinate shipments and inventory transfers
- Ensure accurate inventory storage and documentation
- Enforce safety policies, GMPs, and SQF compliance
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and other departments
- Identify and resolve operational issues
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of warehouse experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Sit-down forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Associate degree preferred
