The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer support across multiple office locations and in the field. This role includes assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email; traveling to other offices to provide coverage when needed; and performing door-to-door outreach or service-related visits as required. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to all customers.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process service requests.
- Manage account updates, payments, and documentation accurately.
- Support office workflow, including filing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
- Travel to additional office locations to provide staffing support during vacations, sick leave, or high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Available to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Prior customer service experience a plus
