Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and carpentry, specifically with siding installation, demonstrating proficiency in various installation tasks. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow and give instructions to other team members, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation tasks for various projects, including but not limited to installation of all types of siding, and other construction elements.
- Execute minimal carpentry and masonry work as needed.
- Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing and finishing of installations.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required by specific installation tasks.
- Restore existing structures or installations as necessary, ensuring quality repairs and enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Erect and utilize scaffolding and ladders. Candidate must be comfortable working with heights. THIS IS A MUST!
Experience
- Proven experience in installation or related fields such as maintenance person services or construction.
- Strong skills in siding installation. Experience with masonry is appreciated.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
