Victory Lane Quick Oil Change is now hiring qualified, full-time and part-time Quick Lube Technicians for our location. We take pride in providing professional training, excellent customer service, and a clean, fast-paced work environment where both employees and customers feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and recommend automotive services and products based on customer needs

Communicate directly and professionally with guests

Evaluate service needs using mileage and manufacturer recommendations

Perform preventative maintenance, including:
Oil changes

Fluid checks and exchanges

Filter replacements
-
Light bulb and wiper blade replacement

Qualifications & Skills:
Friendly and approachable with a positive, team-first attitude

Comfortable working with a diverse team and customer base

Flexible availability, including weekends

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
