Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric and or Adult Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional speech therapy services to pediatric and adult patients in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong clinical skills, and experience working with diverse populations, including children in early intervention programs. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and medical directives
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions for pediatric and adult patients, including those in early intervention programs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication skills and enhance quality of life
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology practices, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or equivalent credential
- Prior experience working in school settings or pediatrics is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to speech and swallowing disorders
- Experience conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Familiarity with early intervention services and pediatric therapy techniques
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families

- Ability to work independently in a home health environment while adhering to safety protocols

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
