Job Overview
We are a fast-growing AI-native company building intelligent products at the intersection of technology and consumer experience. We're looking for a reliable, detail-driven Operations & Inventory Coordinator to be the backbone of our day-to-day business operations.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you'll keep our inventory accurate, our financial records organized, and our office running without a hitch. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays on top of the details, and gets things done without being asked twice, you'll thrive here.
Responsibilities
- Manage company inventory end-to-end: track stock levels, coordinate goods movement, conduct regular counts, and reconcile physical inventory against records.
- Keep inventory organized, properly labeled, and easily accessible at all times.
- Handle day-to-day cashiering duties: process payments, track transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Organize and reconcile business and financial data for internal reporting; compile materials for management review as needed.
- Support cross-functional teams with operational data requests and ad hoc business reporting.
- Assist with general office administration: supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office upkeep.
- Flag discrepancies, inventory variances, or operational issues proactively and follow through to resolution.
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, inventory management, logistics, or a related role.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese — written and spoken proficiency in both is required.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; you keep accurate records and follow through consistently.
- Comfortable handling basic financial transactions and data entry; prior cashiering or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; able to manage and organize data efficiently.
- Self-motivated and adaptable — you can juggle multiple tasks and shift priorities without losing accuracy.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a low ego when it comes to getting things done.Join us if you’re passionate about optimizing supply chain operations through innovative solutions!
