This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per week.
What You Bring to the Table:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, claims management, collections, denial management, payment posting, accounts receivable, and payer reimbursement processes.
- Experience supporting Medicaid, Managed Care, CalAIM, waiver programs, or value-based reimbursement models, with demonstrated success improving revenue cycle performance.
- Experience leading teams, developing operational reporting and KPIs, and partnering cross-functionally to improve financial and operational outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce, Waystar, NetSuite, Power BI, healthcare clearinghouses, workflow automation, acquisitions, or multi-entity healthcare organizations preferred.
