Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced High-Ticket Closer / Roof Consultant to identify roofing opportunities in their local market, educate homeowners on their options, and close profitable roofing projects through virtual consultations.
This role combines field prospecting with professional sales presentations. You'll work with appointment setters and leverage pre-measured roof data and estimates to guide homeowners toward the best solution for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect your local market by identifying residential properties with visibly aged, damaged, or deteriorating asphalt shingle roofs.
- Generate qualified leads through neighborhood canvassing, bird-dogging, networking, referrals, and other proactive lead generation methods.
- Coordinate with appointment setters to schedule virtual consultations with homeowners.
- Conduct professional Zoom presentations using provided roof measurements, estimates, and project information.
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options, project scope, materials, warranties, and financing solutions when applicable.
- Build trust and establish strong rapport with prospective clients.
- Handle objections effectively and confidently guide homeowners through the decision-making process.
- Close roofing projects using proven one-call close techniques whenever possible.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage deals from initial contact through signed agreement and project handoff.
- Track pipeline activity and follow up on open opportunities to maximize close rates.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of roofing sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of proven one-call close experience.
- Strong understanding of residential roofing systems, particularly asphalt shingle roofs.
- Experience conducting sales presentations and handling objections.
- Comfortable using Zoom and other virtual sales tools.

100% Commission Based Pay – 10% of Revenue Generated
