Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedPlastic Surgery Receptionist / Dermatology Receptionist with prior experience in:
- Plastic Surgery
- Facial Plastic Surgery
- Cosmetic Surgery
- Dermatology
- Medical Spa / Aesthetic Medicine
Experience with Nextech practice management software is preferred.
This role is ideal for a polished, emotionally intelligent professional who understands that the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly in a high-end aesthetic environment
- Manage high-volume, multi-line phone systems
- Schedule consultations, surgical procedures, and medspa treatments
- Collect payments and maintain financial accuracy
- Maintain physician schedules with attention to detail
- Coordinate with surgical and clinical teams
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine
- Proficiency in EMR Platform
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional presentation and communication
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Stable work history
- High emotional intelligence and accountability
