PAY: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)
HOURS: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (40+ hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing, repairing, and recommending replacement of commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, heat pumps, and related mechanical, electrical, and control components. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system startups
- Work on rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, boilers, and controls
- Document all work, including readings, repairs, and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and vendors
- Recommend system improvements and obtain customer approvals
- Collect payments and complete required paperwork
- Order materials and manage service schedules efficiently
- Maintain a professional appearance and safe work practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience (commercial)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Experience with commercial systems and controls (RTUs, boilers, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops/heights (8+ ft)
- Ability to kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
