Novodek USA is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team, improve operations, and build scalable production systems.
This is an on-site position in Charlotte, NC. Remote work is not available.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the production team while fostering accountability and high performance.
- Plan daily production schedules and ensure customer orders are completed on time.
- Improve production workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and increase operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and employee training programs.
- Establish quality control standards and continuously improve production performance.
- Coordinate production with warehouse, packing, shipping, and customer service teams.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records using the company's ERP system.
- Identify production issues, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with three key strengths:

Experience leading production teams, developing employees, building accountability, and driving results.
• Systems-Oriented Mindset
Experience creating SOPs, improving workflows, standardizing processes, and building scalable production systems.
• Relevant Production Management Experience
At least 3 years of management experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Wide-format printing
- Signage
- Commercial printing
- Display graphics
- Custom fabrication
- Or another closely related manufacturing environment
Please note: Candidates without previous production management experience, or whose background is primarily in retail, hospitality, sales, or other non-production industries, are unlikely to be a good fit for this role.
Experience with our specific equipment is not required. We will train the right candidate on our products, materials, and production methods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wide-format printing or signage production
- Experience with ERP or production management systems
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S
- Experience with inventory control, barcode scanning, or production tracking
Benefits
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
