We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Owner to lead the development and management of innovative digital products. Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features by gathering detailed requirements through stakeholder engagement and analysis skills.
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business goals, utilizing tools such as Jira, VersionOne, and TFS for project tracking.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate wireframes created in Balsamiq or UML diagrams into actionable user stories and test cases.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within a SAFe framework to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to IT governance standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to integrate APIs, SaaS platforms, and IoT solutions for seamless product functionality.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), analyze analytics data using Looker or other BI tools, and refine products based on insights.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to present progress, roadmaps, and technical concepts clearly.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development environments with a strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of software development processes including requirements gathering, analysis skills, test case creation, and user acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and managing IT infrastructure components.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java and SQL for data analysis and backend integration tasks.
- Familiarity with project management tools including Jira, VersionOne, TFS, Git, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Background in product management for mobile applications, APIs, SaaS solutions, or IoT devices is highly desirable.

Pay: $119,389.15 - $143,780.48 per year
