Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Tile Installer to oversee and execute exceptional tile installation projects. The ideal candidate will have advanced tile-setting expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering stunning results in custom residential settings.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tile installation projects, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Install a variety of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, etc.) for custom home renovations.
- Measure, cut, and fit tiles precisely for intricate patterns and layouts.
- Prepare surfaces through leveling, cleaning, and adhesive application for seamless installations.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and homeowners to bring project visions to life.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
- Manage tools, materials, and inventory for efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional tile installation experience.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of tile installation techniques, tools, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, design plans, and executing custom layouts.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Precision in measuring, cutting, and installing tiles for complex designs.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
