Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Rock Star HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in <PERSON>. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly via phone, email, or in person, providing outstanding customer support with a positive attitude.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to address customer needs promptly.
- Schedule service appointments, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service details using Microsoft Office and data entry tools.
- Assist with client services by providing product information, troubleshooting basic issues, and guiding customers through the scheduling process.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary and process payments securely.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve overall service quality.
- MUST have previous experience SPECIFICALLY in ServiceTitan CRM software.
Requirements
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is desirable.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging with clients professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills to manage data entry and documentation tasks.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations will be advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry or cash handling processes.
- Previous experience in HVAC or related technical fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
