We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Operate a box truck or delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and organization of items.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient loading and unloading.
- Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including logs of mileage and delivery confirmations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is advantageous.
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, particularly with heavy lifting tasks.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for effective communication with clients.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is desirable.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
