Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry
- Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable nail polish shades and designs that complement clients’ skin tones and preferences
- Execute advanced techniques such as nail extensions, gel application, and acrylic nail application to meet diverse client needs
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
- Provide excellent customer service through effective client communication, understanding their preferences, and upselling retail nail care products or additional services
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results
Requirements
- Valid Florida Nail Tech license.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols
- Proficiency in nail art techniques, including color theory application and creative design skills
- Experience with nail extensions (acrylics, gels), gel manicures, and manicure services
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
- Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to promote products .
