We are looking to add a Member Service Representative to our team at Stewart's Federal Credit Union. Our Credit Union provides friendly, courteous, and professional service to our members.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the highest level of customer service while processing accurate and efficient member transactions.
- Underwriting, processing, and closing of consumer and Home Equity loans.
- Run daily and monthly transaction postings and GL postings.
- Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and services to advise members on those that best meet their needs.
- Perform morning and end of day processing.
- Debit card maintenance.
- Develop a marketing portfolio to grow membership and loans.
- Cross-train in all areas of the office to be support to the staff.
Requirements:
- Experience in the banking or financial service industry is preferred.
- Accounting background a plus.
- Possess a high level of customer service while working in a fast paced and open environment.
- Experience with loan underwriting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to think creatively for business growth in the marketing field.
- Handle sensitive information in a professional, confidential manner.

- Starting Pay: $20-$24/hour.
