Position Overview
We're looking for a skilled Carpenter with 3+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works safely and efficiently, and can complete projects with minimal supervision. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, including new construction, renovations, and remodeling.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential and commercial construction projects.
- Build, install, and repair walls, floors, roofs, stair systems, framing, and structural components.
- Install doors, windows, trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, shelving, hardware, and other finish materials, drywall, painting, and demo
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other construction materials according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable building codes.
- Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
- Identify and communicate project issues, material needs, and potential delays to supervisors.
- Work independently while also collaborating effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe job site.
- Follow safety guidelines and company safety policies at all times.
- Assist with punch-list items and final project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional carpentry experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices.
- Experience with framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, and general construction.
- Ability to accurately read tape measures, layouts, blueprints, and construction drawings.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience mentoring apprentices or less experienced carpenters.
- Knowledge of local building codes and inspection requirements.
- Experience in fine detail & high end projects

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
