Job Overview
Lombardia is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a confidential data center client in an Owner’s Representative capacity. This role is responsible for providing independent schedule oversight, assurance, and strategic guidance across large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical scheduling expertise, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Review General Contractor schedules for program compliance, quality, and alignment with owner objectives and milestone requirements
- Identify schedule risks and opportunities, and proactively communicate impacts and mitigation strategies
- Perform detailed schedule analysis and provide reporting at both project and leadership levels
- Review and assess Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and support delay evaluation processes
- Coordinate and integrate project schedules with owner activities and external stakeholders
- Develop and evaluate “what-if” scenarios to support new technologies, scope changes, and initiative cut-ins
- Support project teams with cash flow projections and schedule-driven cost analysis
Qualifications:
· Experience in construction scheduling, preferably on data center or other mission-critical projects
· Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
· Solid understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic, and delay analysis
· Experience reviewing contractor baseline and update schedules
· Ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear, actionable insights
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Owner’s representative experience is a plus, but not required
· Be results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete and timely fashion.
· Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities based on the business needs. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
· Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
