Service Request Team Member
DEEM is currently seeking Service Request Team Members. Our ideal candidate will have a strong phone customer service and dispatching experience. The ideal candidate will be flexible and easily able to work within a team, able to work in a fast paced environment and where quality and high achievement levels are important.
This position will most likely be on second shift and will likely work four 10-hour shifts per week. However, candidates must be available to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., as well as every other weekend.

DEEM, LLC is a commercial mechanical and electrical company offering HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Industrial Piping, Building Automation, and Sheet Metal Installation and services. We are centrally located in Indianapolis, Indiana with satellite offices throughout the Midwest down to the southeastern United States.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in customer service / dispatching desired
- Answer customer and technician calls
- Input / record customer service calls via phone and email
- Responsible for dispatching on call service technicians
- Responsible for entering service work order notes
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requirements
- Strong Data Entry Skills
Desired Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relative focus preferred
- Experience in commercial HVAC Billing and Quoting

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
