- You have caregiving or related experience(preferred)
- You hold a current CNA or HCA certification (not required, we offer training + tuition help)
- You have a Food Handler Card (we will help you obtain one!)
- You have CPR/First Aid knowledge (not required, but nice to have)
- You have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle w/ insurance
- You can assist with transfers and Hoyer Lift use (or are ready to learn)

Your Duties / Responsibilities!
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and Hoyer lifts
- Offer medication reminders
- Keep the home tidy, safe, and welcoming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document care + communicate updates
- Create moments of real joy and connection
