Your Role in Our Team:
You will work alongside Dr. Mattison to provide exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing clinical instruments
- Assisting the dentist during multi-unit chairside procedures
- Taking digital X-rays and multi-media intraoral impressions
- Educating patients on post-operative care instructions
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of Dental Assistant Experience
- X-ray/Radiology Certification
- CPR Certification

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant (2+years minimum) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and is proficient in various dental procedures, clinical tasks as well as knowledgeable of dental technology / software.
Responsibilities:
- Assist doctor in dental procedures; including but not limited to crown preps, root canals, pedo, oral surgery procedures/ implants, and composite fillings.
- Order / monitor lab cases; Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and maintain equipment.
- Chair side assistant for dental procedures - place sealants and perform prophy, etc.
- Properly set up for dental procedures, take x-rays on patients, vital signs, disinfect operatories, and sterilization; skilled dental terminology
- Efficiently log clinical notes including but not limited to medical record(s) as necessary for each patient in a timely manner.
- Oversee the clinical operations and workflow of the dental practice
- Instruct patients on postoperative care, and educate patients regarding general oral health care
- Utilize Open Dental software for patient charting and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and OSHA regulations
- Requirements:
- Dental Assistant; Minimum two (2) years experience in general dentistry
- X-ray Certified
- Preferred Nitrous Certified
- Knowledge of Open Dental software for patient management
- Strong organizational skills & Acute attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills with patients, colleagues, and vendors
