Overview
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized sales/office manager with outstanding sales skills to join our busy driving school. Must fluently speak English and Spanish and have a minimum of 2 years sales experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident selling our services, trives in a fast-paced office, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
Duties
- Negotiate deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, tracking prospects from initial contact to closing deals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract high-end clients and increase sales.
- Conduct engaging public speaking presentations to promote products or services at events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Manage student scheduling and instructor calendars.
- Maintain accurate records and student files.
- Prepare daily road test paperwork and road cards.
- Keep the office organized and running efficiently.
- Bonuses for exceeding a monthly sales goal depending on performance.
- Annual raises based on sales growth. organization, and overall office management.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills that facilitate communication with diverse clients.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability in public speaking, outbound sales, cold calling, and marketing initiatives
