Job Summary:
We are seeking an independent contractor to join our team as a Residential and Airbnb Cleaner. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services to our clients' homes and Airbnb properties, ensuring they are meticulously cleaned and maintained to our high standards. You will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes and Airbnb properties, following established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
Clean and sanitize all designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, and clean windows and mirrors to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment.
Change bed linens, wash and fold laundry, and replenish essential supplies such as towels and toiletries.
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the appropriate supervisor or property owner.
Adhere to established schedules and timelines, ensuring timely arrival and completion of cleaning assignments.
Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, addressing their specific cleaning preferences and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company, ensuring a positive and trustworthy impression.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment while following industry best practices.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring no areas are overlooked during the cleaning process.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the cleaning process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Reliable transportation to travel between different locations and the ability to carry necessary cleaning supplies.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on client demand and scheduling requirements. Weekends are a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and carrying cleaning equipment or supplies.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, including safe handling and storage procedures.
