- Lead ground‑up data center and mission‑critical construction from precon through turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams supporting MEP‑intensive scopes
- Enforce strict safety, QA/QC, and commissioning standards across all sites
- Track schedules, logistics, and costs, adjusting to maintain aggressive delivery timelines
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders regularly
- Proactively resolve field issues, delays, and constructability challenges
- Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural, structural, and MEP plans
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and as‑built records
