Caring Acres is under new management and we’re looking for a Rehab Director who values both clinical excellence and human connection to join our team. This is an opportunity for a licensed Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist to step into a leadership role where relationships matter just as much as outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support a collaborative therapy team across OT, PT, and ST disciplines.
Shape a rehab program that feels personalized, engaging, and resident-centered.
Partner closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
Ensure compliance while providing care compassionate to those we serve.
Mentor clinicians and foster a culture of growth, accountability, and positivity.
Oversee scheduling, caseload management, and department performance.
Bring creativity to programming – because rehab should inspire, not feel routine.

What You Bring:
