RoadStar LLC is hiring experienced CDL A OTR Company Drivers in the Dayton, Ohio area and beyond. We offer consistent miles, flexible home time, late - model equipment and a small - company environment where driver's are treated with respect and not like a truck number.
Position Highlights
- Earn approximately $1,500-$1,800 per week to start
- $0.58-$0.60 CPM based on experience
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Additional safety incentives also available
- Consistent OTR miles
- Operate primarily within OH, IL, MO, IN, TN, KY, TX, and western PA
- Flexible home time: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
- W-2 company driver position
- Pets & riders welcome
Late Model Equipment: Drive 2024-2026 Freightliner Cascadias (auto) equipped with:
- APU (Bunk heating & cooling)
- Refrigerator
- Power Inverter
Our equipment is well-maintained, and our team works to address maintenance issues quickly so drivers can keep rolling.
