We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You'll leverage a variety of sourcing strategies, build strong candidate relationships, and help create an exceptional hiring experience while ensuring compliance with all applicable hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, company databases, internet searches, and other creative recruiting methods.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Create engaging job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Coordinate recruitment advertising and maintain job postings across multiple platforms.
- Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience and encourage referrals.
- Attend job fairs, community events, career expos, and industry networking events to promote employment opportunities.
- Present career opportunities to nursing schools, CNA training programs, and other educational institutions.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, recruiting costs, and candidate pipeline activity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruiting reports for leadership.
- Conduct employment verifications, professional reference checks, and assist with background screening coordination.
- Verify professional licenses and credentials for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support recruitment and employee retention initiatives, including open houses, recognition events, and other engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare specific recruiting.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
