Our established, since 2003, private practice in beautiful Petoskey, Michigan, is seeking a passionate, versatile full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be on meaningful adult neurological and cognitive rehabilitation, making up approximately 80% of your caseload. You will work directly with individuals experiencing stroke recovery, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), dysphasia, cognitive decline and more. The remaining 20% allows you to shift gears into rewarding, play-based pediatric articulation and developmental therapy, giving you a uniquely diverse yet focused clinical experience right here in Northern Michigan.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional rehabilitation for adult patients recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), or managing dysphasia and cognitive decline.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement evidence-based treatment plans for a select pediatric caseload (language delays, feeding, autism spectrum disorders).
Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation using our streamlined EMR system during your dedicated daily paperwork hour.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and our internal multidisciplinary therapy team to maximize patient outcomes.
