American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Oncology unit position in California, requiring a CA RN license, BSN, and a minimum of 2 years of inpatient oncology experience including BMT.

Inpatient oncology unit in a hospital setting
-
Rotating day and night shifts (3x12-hour shifts): days run 7:00–19:30 and nights run 19:00–7:30
-
Floating to other facilities within the same health system may be required
-
14-week contract

Active CA RN license required

BSN required
-
Current certifications required: AHA BLS and ACLS

Chemotherapy certification through ONS or ONCC required

Minimum 2 years of inpatient oncology nursing experience required

Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience required

OCN certification preferred

Completed references must be on file at time of consideration

Provides nursing care to oncology patients in an inpatient hospital environment

BMT experience indicates exposure to complex oncology patient populations
