Overview
We are seeking a talented and energetic Dog Groomer / Pet Stylist to join our busy salon team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to combine your love for animals with your grooming skills, working in a lively environment where creativity and compassion are celebrated. Duties
- Perform professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and finishing touches tailored to each dog’s breed and individual needs
- Handle dogs with care, ensuring safe animal restraint and gentle handling throughout the grooming process
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and after-care instructions
- Support team members by providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive salon atmosphere
- Keep detailed records of grooming services provided and any special instructions or notes
Requirements
- Proven experience in pet grooming or pet styling; certification from recognized grooming programs is a plus
- Strong animal handling skills with the ability to manage dogs of various temperaments and sizes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or large dogs
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure pet owners feel confident and satisfied with the grooming experience
- Passion for animals combined with a professional attitude and attention to detail

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
