We are looking for a nurse (RN) to join our fun and energetic team! We are located in a luxurious environment with our own private accredited surgical suite in Raleigh near Rex Hospital.
Our sole surgeon specializes in aesthetic facial plastic surgery - no body surgery, no insurance cases, no office/minor procedures, nor any med spa services. The art of such in-depth specialization brings in clients from all over the country looking for the best of the best in a more intimate and private setting that offers experiences more like that of flying via private charter versus first class/coach on commercial airlines. Our clients are very healthy, wonderfully compliant, and excitedly hopeful about their surgical future!
Facial plastic surgery is not like the rest of (body) plastic surgery in several ways. No matter the amount of med-spa services and body plastic surgery a client may desire or have had in the past, when it comes to facial plastic surgery, every single client of ours wants to look entirely natural with their facial surgery. Therefore, "natural" sets the tone for us and our work environment.
We provide quality over quantity. Our surgeon, nurses and staff give the highest level of care and attentiveness. As mentioned above, our patient population is healthy, incredibly compliant, and super excited. We just love making our clients happy and confident in themselves!
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited school of nursing
- Current license in North Carolina
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Details
- Tuesdays; Wednesdays; Thursdays (days & times vary per surgery schedule)
- optional 1 half-day either Monday or Friday
- Start time no earlier than 8am, end time no later than 5pm
- Around 25-33 hours/week, depending on surgery schedule & your preferred work-life balance

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist surgeon
- Pre-op, circulate, post-op duties
- Assist with surgical follow-up appointments (removing drains, sutures, staples & nasal splints)
- Perform pre-op evaluations with surgical patients
- Maintain all documentation & training
- Assist with ordering clinical supplies and clinical inventory management
- Assist with pulling cases, room turnovers, instrument processing, , and laundry
- Assist administrative tasks as needed
- Anything else that needs to be done
Salary & Benefits
- Starting 33$+/hr, depending on aesthetics/plastics/operating room experience
