Job Description:
RMG Staffing is hiring professional and service-driven Pool Attendants for a luxury hotel in Miami Beach. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in upscale, guest-facing environments and take pride in delivering a polished, high-end experience.
Immediate start available. Full availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain towel and water stations throughout the day
- Provide attentive, professional service to guests in a luxury pool environment
- Assist with lounge chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and other poolside amenities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and upscale pool area at all times
- Follow all hotel standards, safety procedures, and brand expectations
- Communicate effectively with team members and report to the Pool Manager
- Support additional operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Pool Attendant or in luxury/VIP hospitality
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on high-end guest experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
- Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting
- Must have full schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Schedule & Compensation:
- $17.00 per hour + cash tips available
- 40+ hours per week
- Shifts may include 8–10 hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Location Requirements:
- Must be able to commute to Brickell (Miami, FL 33140)
- Relocation before start date is preferred
