Nault’s Powersports & Marine is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team in Littleton, NH. If you enjoy helping customers, have an interest in powersports and marine products, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Parts Associate, you'll be responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts and accessory needs, maintaining inventory, and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing parts and accessories
- Support service technicians by sourcing and ordering parts for repairs and maintenance
- Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory
- Process customer orders, special orders, and returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Promote parts, accessories, riding gear, and aftermarket products
- Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous parts, automotive, powersports, marine, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of powersports or marine products is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
