Starting Pay: $14/hour + TIPS (average total pay $16-17/hr)
$1 raise available upon successful completion of MIT training and meeting expectations
Managers-in-Training play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly. You’ll lead by example, uphold systems with 100% integrity, and ensure every team member performs at their best.
Qualifications
- Must have open availability
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Food handling experience required
- Reliable, flexible, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Make fast, accurate, consistent sandwiches
- Deliver world-class customer service
- Train and coach team members on the job
- Follow portion sizes, recipes, and procedures precisely
- Slice meats daily
- Greet customers, take orders, operate the register, and handle delivery tickets
- Complete systems and procedures with 100% accuracy
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Thrive under pressure in high-volume operations
