Trimlight North Texas is expanding across the DFW area and looking for Independent Sales Associates to help introduce homeowners to our permanent outdoor lighting solutions. You’ll work directly in local neighborhoods, start conversations with homeowners, identify interest, and create opportunities for our sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Introduce homeowners to Trimlight’s permanent outdoor lighting solutions
- Use completed homes and installations to help homeowners see what’s possible
- Identify interested homeowners and schedule qualified appointments
- Follow up with prospects to help keep appointments on track
Your Earning Opportunity
Your compensation is directly connected to the opportunities you generate.
- Receive $25–$50 for each scheduled appointment that takes place
- Earn 2–3% of the total job value when an appointment you generate turns into a sale
- For example, a $5,000 project can result in approximately $160 in total earnings
- Continue developing toward leadership opportunities with additional team-based earning potential
