The Server provides exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a warm, professional, and efficient manner. This role ensures guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering attentive service and expert knowledge of menu offerings.

Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating when needed.

Present menus and wine lists, guiding guests through menu options and answering questions about food and beverages.

Take accurate food and beverage orders courteously, addressing special requests and allergy concerns.

Serve wine and champagne professionally, including opening and pouring as required.

Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate special requests to the kitchen.

Maintain knowledge of and adhere strictly to state liquor laws, verifying patrons’ legal drinking age when necessary.

Ensure food orders are accurate, visually appealing, and delivered promptly to guests.

Refill beverages proactively and monitor guest needs throughout their visit.

Offer dessert options, take orders, and deliver desserts in a timely manner.

Present guest checks, handle payment transactions, and provide accurate change and receipts.

Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.

Stay knowledgeable about all menu offerings, including preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, and presentation.

Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and organization.

Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.

Answer phone calls courteously and provide assistance or redirect inquiries appropriately.

Support teammates by assisting with tasks to ensure smooth service for all guests.

Complete required paperwork and maintain organized records.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a fine dining restaurant setting preferred.

Liquor Law Knowledge: Familiarity with state liquor regulations and the ability to identify when guests have reached their alcohol limit.

Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Flexible and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic setting with constantly changing priorities.
