Remote Sales Setter - Independent Contractor - Commission Based
Job Summary
7 Figure Closing Club is seeking an experienced Remote Sales Setter to join our sales team as an independent contractor.
This role is for someone who is a strong communicator, confident in sales conversations, and experienced in online sales. As a Sales Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will engage prospects, qualify opportunities, build relationships, and book qualified calls for our closing team.
This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor role. There is no base salary or hourly pay. Commission is paid on closed and collected revenue.
Compensation
Sales Setters earn 10% commission on closed deals they set.
Additional affiliate commission may be available at 10%, giving qualified team members the opportunity to earn up to 20% on a deal depending on their role and contribution.

Duties
Conduct outbound and warm outreach to prospective clients
Engage with inbound leads and qualify them for sales calls
Build trust with prospects through professional, relationship-based communication
Use consultative selling to understand prospect goals, pain points, and buying readiness
Schedule qualified appointments for the closing team
Follow up consistently with leads through call, text, and CRM communication
Maintain accurate notes, lead status updates, and pipeline movement inside the CRM
Communicate clearly with closers and leadership on lead quality and appointment status
Stay familiar with the offer, sales process, and internal expectations to improve outreach performance
Requirements
Must have set at least $50,000 in online sales
Must have prior experience in online sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or high-ticket sales
Must be able to submit a resume
Must be able to submit a call recording with your application
Must be available 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday
Must be comfortable with commission-based compensation
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be organized, coachable, and consistent with follow-up
Must be comfortable using CRM software and remote sales tools
Preferred Experience
Experience selling coaching, consulting, mentorship, education, or online programs
Experience working with high-ticket offers
Experience using GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
Experience with outbound calling, warm leads, and follow-up campaigns
Experience working on a remote sales team
